Reservation terms
Camping pitch:
When you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation of the reservation. For each reservation there is a charge of € 10,-. The deposit is due within 14 days (40% plus the reservation fee) and your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. We will then send you a deposit confirmation by e-mail or post. You can pay the outstanding amount at La Gagère. If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date we will hold your place for one day. If you do not inform us, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without restitution.
If you cancel the reservation 21 days or more prior to arrival, we return your deposit. For cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival no restitution is possible. No restitution is given should you leave earlier than arranged, for whatever reason. Requests for a particular pitch cannot be honoured for stays of less than a week.
Rental units:
On receipt of a deposit comprising 30% of the total cost we will confirm your reservation in writing. This deposit is requred at least 14 days following any initial enquiry. For each reservation there will be a charge of € 20,-. The outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If you make a reservation within 8 weeks prior to arrival we request full payment with the reservation. When we receive the payment we will confirm your booking in writing by e-mail or post.
If you need to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation charges apply:
- 30% of the rental fee in the case of cancellation up to 56 days prior to arrival;
- 50% of the rental fee between 55 and 29 days prior to arrival;
- 100% of the rental fee 28 days or less prior to arrival.
We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
We are unable to honour requests for a particular unit for stays of less than one week.
